This #48 Kobalt diecast reflects Jimmie Johnson's secondary paint scheme during the 2011 NASCAR Sprint Cup season. Johnson won two races during the year (Talladega and Kansas), one pole (Dover), fourteen top-5 finished, and twenty one top-10 finishes.
Neither of Johnson's two wins came in the Kobalt paint scheme. Johnson finished 6th in the points standings, 99 points behind the 2011 Sprint Cup Championship Tony Stewart.
