He made His Winston Cup Debut at Charlotte in 1988 Driving the #47 Peak Antifreeze Chevrolet Monte Carlo AEROCOUPE for Hendrick Motorsports! He was Named the 1990 ROOKIE of the Year Posthumously, having Died in a Country Road Crash just Four Days after his 22nd Birthday! He had Accumulated Enough Points for the Honor even though he didn't complete the Season!
